The deal

Free until $1,000. Then 5%.

At the door you give 1% to each of four batchmates and 1% to us, and you get 1% of each of their companies.

  • 95% stays with you.
  • 4% goes to your batch, 1% each. You hold 1% of each of theirs.
  • 1% goes to Build or Bye. We get paid only if you do.
  • Ordinary shares. Dividends are shared by every holder.
  • If you never raise. After three years with no funding round, our share grows by 2%.
  • We can buy more. Up to 5% in total, at your round's price.
  • If you go silent. 60 days with no check-in and no revenue in year one undoes the swap.

Draft terms. Final papers come from a lawyer before the first batch.

Yes: 30 days, plus 30 more once you reach $100. After that it is $20 a month until you pass a floor.

What counts as money?

A payment from someone you do not know, through any payment service.

What do I build with?

Your own tools: Claude, Codex, Cursor, anything. You get a starter pack of templates and skills.

Where do I need to live?

Anywhere to start. A batch needs a registered company outside sanctioned countries.
